1 cup rocket greens
1/2 cup watercress
1 cup lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup spring onions, chopped
1/2 cup cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 parsley
1 teaspoon seed mustard
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil
1 teaspoon shoyu
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon water
Notes
Rocket's hot, peppery flavour makes this salad especially clensing and good for the liver.

Place leafy greens in a salad bowl with all other vegetables chopped chunky or finely to suit your mood.
Mix seed mustard, flaxseed oil, shoyu, lemon juice and water together and then fold into salad.
Serve.
