Sesame Seed, Chile Guajillo, and Chile Morita Salsa

120ml grapeseed oil
1 small garlic clove
1 chile guajillo, seeded
1 chile morita
70gm white sesame seeds, toasted
1 tsp kosher salt

In a pan, hat the oil until it reaches 70°C.
Add the garlic and chiles, remove from the heat, and let sit for 15 minutes.
Blend and strain (sieve).
Stir in the sesame seeds and salt.
