Chile de Árbol and Caramelized Onion Salsa

1 white onion, julienned
3 tbsp grapeseed oil
1 small garlic clove
2 chiles de árbol
t tsp kosher salt

In a pan, sauté the onion in the oil over medium heat until they start to brown, about 5 minutes.
Add the garlic and chiles.
Blend and adjust the salt.
