1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons Cream of Tartar
2 tablespoons sugar
220 ml buttermilk
1 egg
Pinch of salt

Break egg in basin.
Pour in buttermilk and mix well
Mix in dry ingredients.
